Terms
of Business
1.
PAYMENT: STRICTLY NET 30 DAYS
2.
New Accounts - minimum opening order £250.00 carriage paid.
3.
Minimum re-order £150.00 carriage paid
4.
In case of damage the Carrier should be notified ithin 3 days and
us within 14 days of invoice date
5.
Short-falls must be notified to us in writing within 3 days. Lost
consignments within 14 days of invoice date. No claims will be entertained
outside these limits.
6.
No orders are accepted for less the Standard Pack quantities or
multiple.
7.
No goods may be returned for credit without our consent, which must
be requested within 14 days form invoice date. Unauthorised returns
will be refused.
8.
Price charged is ruled at the date of despatch.
9.
We reserve the right to make partial shipments
10.
Late payments are subject to an interest rate of 2% per month.
11.
We reserve the right to review these conditions without proper notice.
12.
All goods supplied by Funtime Gifts Ltd remain our property until
monies due, for any goods supplied, are received by Funtime Gifts
Ltd.
13.
We will not make refunds against credit balances - these have to
be satisfied by the purchase of further stock.
14.
The Seller's employees or agents are not authorised to make representation
concerning the goods or uplift any stock unless confirmed by Seller
in writing.
15.
No order that has been accepted by the Seller may be cancelled by
the Purchaser prior to the due date except with the agreement in
writing of the Seller and on the terms that the Buyer shall indemnify
the Seller against all loss, including loss of profit.
16.
Funtime Gifts Ltd Standard Terms of Business apply to all sales
and will prevail over any different terms or conditions issued by
the Purchaser, except where otherwise agreed in writing. Your signature
on the order or your completion of our our online account application
from indicates acceptance of our Terms of Business.
