Q. Do Funtime supply the general public?

A. No. We supply the retail trade only.

Q. Where is my nearest stockist?

A. See the listing of our largest stockists throughout the U.K.

Q. My stockist doesn't stock that particular item, can I buy direct?

A. No, please try another stockist - perhaps telephone them first.

Q. I was bought a Funtime product and it is not working properly. Will you exchange it?

A. No, you must deal with the shop/company from which you purchased the item. They will deal with the matter and decide whether to exchange or refund.

Q. Can I buy spare bulbs from you for your lighting products?

A. Yes, we normally hold most bulbs in stock - please telephone 020 8856 4699 and ask for customer service.

Q. I received a gift of a Funtime Product and it is not working. I cannot ask where it was bought - it would be too embarassing. Will you send me a new one?

A. No, you need to obtain details of where the item was purchased so that you can resolve the matter directly with them.

Q. Why do you print your name on the product packaging if you do not deal direct with the public?

A. EC law dictates that we have to.
