Q. What is your minimum order value?

A. £250 for the first order in the U.K. and £150 thereafter.

Q. Do you have an agent who could call on me?

A. Yes, please leave your details on the enquiry section and indicate that you would like an agent to contact you.

Q. How quickly can you deliver an order?

A. Normally within 3 days, sometimes less, if the items are in stock, from the account being opened.

Q. What is the procedure for opening a credit account?

A. Please complete the on-line NEW ACCOUNT APPLICATION FORM after reading the Terms of Business.

Q. Do you have any surplus stock for sale?

A. Each month we feature special offers in our Gift Focus section.

Q. Do you have a recommended retail price?

A. Most customers double and then add VAT.

Q. Can I order half packs?

A. Generally no, but there are various assortments. Also, if you stick to pack quantities it will speed up your order and reduce the risk of products being damaged in transit.

Q. Can I pay by credit card?

A. No, we are not set up for payment by credit card, although this is planned for the future.

Q. Are your products barcoded?

A. Most products are - see individual product information.

Q. Can we collect the goods?

A. Only if you order in advance, the items are in stock and you pay cash until a credit account has been opened.

Q. What are your best selling lines?

A. Periodically we will list our Top 30 Items on line in the members area.

Q. I am a new/small business and just want to try your products. Can I buy small (less than pack) quantities?

A. Unfortunately no.
